All products from the FEINFEIN store offer are made to individual orders. Due to the manual and time-consuming nature of the production and personalization of products, the store does not offer designs ready for immediate shipment.
The execution time is currently (January 2023) approximately 5-10 working days*. The delivery time depends on the selected form of shipping (information below).
*IMPORTANT! If you care about the date of order completion and delivery before a specific date, please provide such information in the comments to the order or/and contact us by phone at 602 216 580, in order to determine the possibility of completing the order before the expected date.
Payment methods
Payment for the order can be made by choosing one of the available methods:
DOTPAY: by choosing this form, you will be able to secure and the widest offer of instant payments, with the choice of a method convenient for you, e.g. instant transfer, credit card or Blik. BANK TRANSFER: by choosing this form of payment, you will receive payment details in the order summary, in which we will ask you to make a transfer to the indicated account number. Orders for which the payment is not credited within 3 working days from the moment of placing the order are automatically canceled in the system. Delivery
We send orders from Poland. The city of origin is Gliwice. When placing an order, you will be asked to choose one of the available shipping methods:
DHL courier - PLN 25 (1-2 working days - declared delivery time for domestic shipments)
InPost parcel lockers - PLN 14 (1-2 working days - declared delivery time for domestic shipments)
DHL courier - collection point - PLN 14 (1-2 working days - declared delivery time in the country)
DHL Express Courier (Europe / World) - delivery time and price depend on the country of shipment.
